DISCOVERY
The first step of any project is to establish what your business goals are. This maps out what we need to build for you, and defines the budget and timeline.
We take time to get to know your competition & most importantly your target market.

THE PROPOSAL
Once I have a complete handle on what you need I’ll put together a proposal that outlines the most effective solutions to achieve your goals. I’ll outline your investment required to nail the project and achieve those long term plans. This isnt a shopping list of items its essentially a blueprint or approach to achieve your goals based on working with clients for over 25+ years.

BRANDING
If we're developing a new brand, we start this before we look at anything.
The new brand is essentially your voice, so getting that nailed first drives the development of all of the project.

CONTENT
We work with you to create the content for the project, which includes all the written, photographic and video material.
Each page of your website should have a unique business goal which drives the design of that particular page. A “content first” approach allows us to really target the user of your site and deliver the results you need.

PROTOTYPE & WIREFRAME
With our content created we can now build an interactive prototype in the browser to show you how our solution will work.
There are no “design” bells & whistles at this stage, its purely functionality and flow. You’ll be able to see very quickly how your site will work and how the goal for each section of your site delivers.

DESIGN
Once the prototyping is complete we can then bring your site to life using your branding style guide as a blueprint for the design.

TESTING & TRAINING
Quality assurance is critical with any product, which is why we go back through everything and double check it does what it needs to.
We take this opportunity to train you on all the systems your project uses. We then let you loose so you can proof and test everything before launch.

DELIVERY
With everything proofed & tested we can now unleash your shiny new project live!
We tend to go for a soft launch just to iron out any un-forseen bugs before going for the big bang!
